when trying to scan it says errors were detected so i click 'view error log' and it says;

but... this isnt NSI its PSI... ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and that didnt fix it... where in the registry (or elsewhere) do i need to go to 'start from scratch' so-to-speak so that PSI knows its PSI again... (this program has apparently crashed so much its scrambled its configuration data)
