I use Secunia PSI for 1 month now. Today It told me to update my Firefox 3.1.9. But I had 3.6.13 ! because of the warning I updated from 3.6.13 to 3.6.14 and after the update and a rescan PSI is telling me that my 6.1.13 is secure. No big problem, just strange. (windows Vista, 100% score in PSI, path: c:\program files\mozilla firefox\) best regards, Ferdinand van Dieten |

I had Firefox 3.6.14 and ran the new 3.6.15 update yesterday ---it took 3 scans for it to appear correct on PSI..... | ||||||||

Just to be clear , the latest "secure/fully patched" versions of Firefox are 3.5.17 and 3.6.14 (on two separate platforms) and are relevant to SA43550 :- http://secunia.com/advisories/43550/ Version 3.6.15 is a Java applet "bug" fix and not a security fix ; as such the PSI will offer version 3.6.14 as the latest secure version until another vulnerability is discovered anda new patched version is available .
