Hi
I had the problem with the window hanging on verify internet connection. I uninstalled and reinstalled latest version, did a scan which came up 100% but today the tray icon is red although it was green yesterday. What is going on? I have XP SP3 and firefox latest.

Hello.
The tray icon changing to red may be an indication that you are no longer at 100%......have you checked on the Dashboard ? Maybe running a rescan will clarify matters.
Hope this helps.....regards,

Hi

Dashboard said 100%, but rescanned as your advice, still 100%, still red tray icon.

Thanks for your input.

Right click on the tray icon & select to close it. Now reopen PSI via the start menu

Does that work?

It should be OK. Happens occasionally - unsure of reason.
