|I have a brand new 64 bit HP desktop. Win7, only additions are Norton 360 and Secunia with the auto update enabled. After enableing auto update ...I.E. 32-bit was removed from new computer... It appears that I am not able to enable or restore this at all. In fact, it seems I will have to do a reinstall. For a complete non-techie, this is a real horror show. It seems that I cannot install PSI in my HP Win7 unless I allow it to make updates... I don't know why this occurred, but I surely cannot run the risk of using Secunia if it results in conflicts with my Win7 64-bit HP and my Norton. I wonder if anyone else has run into this situation?|

I've never heard anything like it before !
IE is an integral component of Windows and Secunia psi uses it for settings.
What makes you think that it's been removed ? Is it that the icon has gone missing or an entry in psi itself ?
Have you checked Control Panel.....Programs and Features ?
What version of IE was installed ? What version of psi is installed.....is it as you see in my signature below ?

|I run an HP Windows 7 64Bit platform with Norton 2011 installed.
PSI does, and always has, run flawlessly using this combination.
Your problem is elsewhere so I will leave it with @mogs to help U sort it out.
Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit OS
HP Intel Pentium i7
IE 11 for Windows 7 SP1
