Nothing happens when I click on "Scan now" I have the latest version PSI Version 2.
OS Windows XP professional.

Have you checked thro' the settings in the newer FAQ's here :-
http://secunia.com/products/consumer/PSI/faq/#s3 Please note that advice further along which particularly applies to XP users, and ensure that you configure accordingly.
Are you sure you are using psi 18.104.22.16801 ........click on the tray icon and About.
If not, you could try re-installing from here ftp://ftp.secunia.com/PSISetup.exe psi 2.0 Full Version : and letting it remove the previous version. It is also worth clearing out temp. files/browser cache before doing so.
