My computer was attached by windows dignostic....I used Malwarebytes en thank God it removes it...my pc is now fine....bt I cant find my files any more......in my external en drive and also at my normal hard drive.....the properties reading is showin me that there are files there...bt when i go to the respective folders i cant see nothing..what do i need to do....pls I need help..some of these files i need so badly... -- Salone-Tida |

Bleepingcomputer have some info on Windows Diagnostics , including using Malwarebytes' , so they may better siuted to helping you with your resulting problem in locating/viewing your files*** ; this can be a symptom of the infection :- http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remo... Let us know how you get on . Anthony EDIT : if you scroll down the linked page you will find this :- This infection family will also hide all the files on your computer from being seen. To make your files visible again, please download the following program to your desktop: Unhide.exe Once the program has been downloaded, double-click on the Unhide.exe icon on your desktop and allow the program to run. This program will remove the +H, or hidden, attribute from all the files on your hard drives.
