Any recent release of Media Player Classic (MPC) is considered as "end-of-life" by Secunia PSI 220.127.116.11.
Short history of MPC:
* There was the gabest project on sourceforge: http://sourceforge.net/projects/guliverkli/
* Then there was the clsid project on sourceforge: http://sourceforge.net/projects/guliverkli2/
Latest release of the old project: 18.104.22.168 (20 March 2006)
Latest release of the new project: 22.214.171.124 SVN revision 86 (15 November 2008)
If you might consider any 126.96.36.199 release as "unsecured", you shouldn't consider the 188.8.131.52 releases as "end-of-life". The community is active on this project on the Doom9 forums: http://forum.doom9.org/forumdisplay.php?f=15
Today, a test was done to build a 184.108.40.206 version of MPC, and Secunia PSI still states it as "end-of-life". Please, do not consider MPC 220.127.116.11 and higher versions as "end-of-life". For accuracy about which one is the latest patched build, please use the SVN revision number: current latest is 86.
