@jckinnick

I presume the error is appearing when installing/upgrading psi ? I too had the same problem yesterday....I ignored it, and all went okay. It was still the case that tho' installed the 2.0.0.3002 version....when clicking about it shows as 3001. The bug is known by Support.
Hope the foregoing helps........regards,

I had a problem with Webroot getting stuck loading and they said it was because of a PSI agent and that i need to uninstall the program.

Hello.
Since my last post on this thread, there has been a new version of psi released, which fixes several bugs.......version 2.0.0.3003....have you upgraded ?
In the event that you might be using Windows 7, please read Maurice's post ( the last one } on the following thread, which also provides a link to the new version.

I downloaded the latest version and am still having problems with Webroot, they said Webroot is not compatible with PSI Secunia. Ive used PSI for 3 years now so i dont know what im going to do, may have to quit using PSI or find another antivirus program that is compatible. What i dont understand is that the problem starts now after using them together for 3 years.

@jckinnick

You might be better advised if you were to contact Secunia Support direct by e mail....outlining what has happened etc..

For all feature requests or error inquiries, please submit your suggestions or error reports to support@secunia.com (including screenshots, whenever possible).
If you mark for Attention of E.Petersen it should help. Of course, it's not likely tho' that you'll get a response till after the weekend.
Hope this helps.......

@Mogs,
From an email I received from Emil long delays can be expected if individuals caveat emails "for the attention of .........".

Open emails are read by all Secunia Support staff who will forward it to the person/department who will action it.

Emil is not always available & unless he actually asks for it to be directed it that way it should be avoided.(unless U have heard differently from Emil direct)
