I have just applied the latest JRE updates (X86) for Firefox and (X64) for I.E.9 , and found that PSI is informing me that Apache Server 2.2.1.5 is insecure - where did it come from, is it a module included with one of the JRE updates?

I found it here: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Marvell\storage\Apache2\bin"

Should I remove the Marvell program to prevent this problem?

I have looked for it in "add/remove programes", and cannot find it there!

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate on a i3 PC at home (Personal use only), and do not think that I need this program.

I have checked the suggested "install solution" site (Apache.org) and am absolutely confused about this whole thing - please assist if at all possible!

(I have downloaded the 2.2.1.7 MSI patch, but have no idea what the installer is asking of me!!)

I have used the "ignore program" button to disable the scanning of this prograam as a desperate measure.

Thanks,
Kevin

Kevin,
You could try this:

1. Remove the ignore rule U have created.

2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Marvell\storage\Apache2\bin Right click & select delete.

3. Complete a full rescan.

Hi Maurice,
thanks for the prompt reply.
I did a little research after my post (Should have done this BEFORE I posted!), and found that the Marvell Storage Manager was the culprit - I un-installed the program, as it does not work for some reason, and the problem with Apache disappeared after the re-scan.
This was an application provided by my motherboard vendor, why I couldn't tell you, but I won't even load it again.

Once again, Many thanks, and you may close this thread.
Regards,
Kevin
