PSI doesn't inform when updates for these programs mentioned in the topic are released. And why is that?

Hello.
The reason being, that not all updates/latest releases, fix security issues....which is what psi is dedicated to. Later releases sometimes are just bug fixes/UI improvements/enhancements.....which don't improve the security state.
psi is not a general updater.....it is a dedicated security vulnerability detector.
Does that clarify things for you.....hope so.....regards,

I use these for a long time and never seen security issues. You can use auto-
matic update or search for updates manually.

Is there any software which informs about bugfixes too?

The FileHippo Update Checker monitors Piriform products. It is mostly restricted to free products.
