Hi , You do not say which version of the PSI (right click the tray icon and select "about") nor which OS you have installed . The entry seems to relate to the problem discussed here on the PC Tools Forum :- http://www.pctools.com/forum/showthread.php?68823-... Whatever , if the PSI is showing the file you have posted as "insecure" (you have not told us which version is being found) do NOT try to update it if the PSI is offering an update link as it will not work , but may instead try to install that versions' latest version instead of your 4.0.1 . If you click the [+] to the lhs of the "insecure" listing of Firefox , then you will see two yellowish icons to the lhs of the detected instance , the one without the red blob is to "open the folder" , click on it and see if it shows you the file . Please note that it is probably a hidden file . Let us know your progress . Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |

Best take advice for revealing hidden files from the technically competent as per :- http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/w... Once you find the file , right click and see if you can delete it . Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |

Good to hear you are sorted . The quote is "grammatically" incorrect as it should be "it's" , but as neither Nelson nor I are very "PC" , I've left it as it is :))) Take care Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |

That happens all the time with security programmes ; it's a trade off as to over-aggressive tactics which might find a "good" programme as a bad one and being too lax and letting the bad guys hide in a real Trojan . Good security companies should allow you to upload the "possible False Positive" to their labs for a recheck and use Virustotal as a second opinion whilst you wait :- http://www.virustotal.com/ Your security is only as good as you and your understanding of the kit you have loaded - without getting (too) paranoid :(( Take care Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done.
