I have been having this problem for a few weeks. When I open it it is completely blank, and when I type any address in a pop up appears stating it is unavailable. The drop down menu appears but are unresponsive. Also the only way I can close it down is via the task manager. I have un-installed it down to IE6 which works fine, but soon as it is re-installed then the same problems appear. Can anyone assist? |

PSI seems to use IE to render the pages and flash to render some graphs.
can you install the latest flash player
from http://www.adobe.com
and tell us if it helps

Do you have the latest drivers for the laptop installed?
Especially the video drivers!

How do I check? I checked the Acer website but could not find anywhere on the site an area that will let you update the drivers if required. |
