PSI reports MacroMedia ShockWave Player 8.0 as a problem. I have upgraded to Adobe ShockWave 11. After upgrade, ShockWave Player 8. still shows up in scan results. How can I get rid of it. I read some posts from a while back that referenced PSI Advanced Mode vs. Simple Mode. I cannot see how to get to Advanced Mode. Can anyone help?

Advanced Mode was removed in PSI 2.0. All the information that used to be there is available by doubleclicking the entry for the program you are interested in. You can also access the Troubleshoot report and post it here for advice.

You might find the Shockwave uninstaller useful
