The subject program has been uninstalled, the installation folder no longer exists, and yet, PSI still reports a threat in the non-existent folder! What should I do next?

Never mind. For some reason, it took PSI twenty minutes to recognize that the program had been uninstalled. (When you select "Rescan program" it apparently doesn't really rescan the program.) The version I was using before PSI 2.0 was much faster, a lot more straightforward, and easier to use.
