Looking at related topics, there appears to be problems recognizing when Adobe Acrobat updates are made.

I had 9.4.4 installed. Secunia reported an update available to 9.4.5. Fine. Got it, installed it.
Now I get:
"The version detected of Adobe Acrobat 9.x was 9.4.5.236 while the latest version including one or more security fixes is 9.4.5."
Ummm, I think 9.4.5.236 is included in "9.4.5" ;)

The Troubleshoot Report shows:

Have tried the 'rescan program' function a couple times; no realization on Secunia's part that this is the patched version. Opening the folder, ACROBAT.EXE shows the right version, 9.4.5.236.
As yet, have not had time to run a full PSI scan.

Hi ,

Things like Acrobat usually show up better in the PSI after reboot and full manual scan ; having said that Secunia can sometimes take a few days to get their Acrobat detection rules up to date . If other threads appear with the same problem in the display you might wish to contact support directly by email at support@secunia.com

If Acrobat's "About" and the PSI are both reporrting you as up to date , then you could put a few quid on betting that you are . The display error is minor but does need correcting .

A full scan picked up the updated version.

Anyone know why a Rescan this Program would not figure out it's patched?

full scan still display as unsecure. About acrobat says 9.4.5
win7 x64
