I am using various programs on my Windows 7 (32 bit) which are not being detected by OSI, as follows:

Adobe Reader 10.1.0.534
Mozilla Firefox 4.0.1
Internet Explorer Update version 9.0.1

From the list of "Programs Covered" on the OSI page, these programs should be detected, but they are not!

The only programs being detected by OSI are Windows 7, Adobe Flash Player 10.3.181.24 and Sun Java 6.0.260.3.

I use Firefox as my default browser. However, I have run it using IE9, and get the same results.

I use Windows Live Mail (installed on my computer, not the MS Cloud version, which is not included on your covered programs list, although Outlook Express is on the list, even though Windows Live mail was designed to replace it! Is there any way that Windows Live Mail could be added to OSI?
