I have PSI 2.0 and my operating system is windows xp service pack 3. I have been a long time user of PSI and really like it and I have never had a problem. However, the 2.0 version will not show the system score or patch history. Everything else is shown on the dashboard. Is there something I need to do to activate it? Margot, Click on My Profile in the left of this thread. Your profile is there - at the bottom is a box "Show My System Score" - is that box ticked (Check Marked)? Hi Maurice Thanks for the reply. Yes I have checked the show my score box in my profile. Should I uninstall PSI 2.0 and then reinstall it? The reason I like the system score and patch history graphs is that it motivates me to make sure everything is updated. I like seeing that I have maintained my system at 100% Thanks for the help. Hi Maurice I uninstalled and then reinstalled PSI 2.0. When I open the programme I still have nothing showing in the system score and patch history graph section on the bottom half of the dashboard. I went back and updated my profile again, to make sure the show score box was checked. Still the same problem. Is there anything else I can try? Margot |

Margot, Sorry I have been awhile. I have not heard of any problems with the graphics for the dashboard with PSI version 2 & have been giving it some thought. It could be linked to your profile issue but I am not exactly sure. All is not lost & I appreciate why U want it to work. Leave this thread open & hopefully @ddmarshall and/or Anthony Wells will chip in with ideas. If all else fails I would write to Secunia Support for help. Hi , There used to be sizing problems with certain monitors but I believe that was all corrected and I have not seen any problems reported here recently . If you have version 2.0.0.3003 of the PSI (right click tray icon and select "About") , on the dashboard page , do you see the the score and patch blocks/modules taking up about one third of the page along the bottom , with the narrow left hand column also reaching the bottom , but with the display graphics missing ?? Or are the modules missing altogether ?? As Maurice has said , your case seems unreported before now and direct contact with support on Monday (CET) may be necessary , unless ddm has a brainwave !! Hi Anthony Yes I have PSI 2.0.0.3003. Yes I see the score and patch blocks and they do take up about a third of the bottom part of the dashboard page. The narrow column goes to the bottom. It is the display graphics that are missing. It is strange. Thanks Margot |

Hi Margot , The data displayed by the PSI in the dashboard - and elsewhere - is related to your last scan and is stored on the Secunia servers . It would seem likely that support will need to look at that data for you on Monday ; in the interim , if you have time , you could check that your Secunia Profile set in the PSI is correct and (re)confirm it's registration , reset - but keep the same - your "settings" and run a full system scan . Do all the other display features in each/all the PSI modules work and show current data ?? Cannot think of anything else . Let us know what support have to say .
