We have an in-house competence development manager who can help you develop your skills by group training sessions, on-the-job training, or through individual coaching. We also have a dedicated product trainer to help our sales staff cope with the technical issues they come across in their work.

When you start working with Secunia, you will have a development programme made. You have a say in the way your development programme is constructed, because we recognise the fact that people are different and that skills are best acquired in different ways.
