Secunia, Copenhagen, Vulnerability Analyst Trainee

Secunia is looking for a trainee to our successful Vulnerability Analysis and Research Team.

The Secunia vulnerability analysts are respected for their sense of detail and quality, they turn every stone on their quest to verify and assess reported vulnerabilities and to ensure that customers and the community receive the most accurate Vulnerability Intelligence from Secunia.

For years Secunia has beaten the competition in both accuracy, speed, and coverage. Our work is the best, but there is always room for improvement and we always strive to become better.

If you have a passion for security, vulnerabilities, and exploits, then you may just be the candidate we are looking for.

Being part of the Secunia Vulnerability Analysis and Research Team isn't going to be easy; in fact it is going to be very hard. The art of vulnerability analysis and research has only become harder to master in recent years.

You do not need to be a vulnerability expert already, but a sound interest in software security  and some experience with the following is an advantage:

  • Vulnerability analysis
  • Reversing and disassembly
  • Programming (preferably C and C++)
  • Operating system concepts
  • Distributed systems
  • Experience with both Windows and Linux environments

As the corporate language is English, you are required to be fluent both orally and in writing. You must also have a clean criminal record as Secunia regularly handles highly sensitive information for customers and vendors.

All employees work at our exclusive offices in the heart of Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. Applicants from other countries are offered a relocation compensation package and Secunia will naturally also assist in obtaining a work permit and finding proper accommodation.

Send applications and requests for more information to tk [at] secunia.com.
