4) Description of Vulnerability

Secunia Research has discovered a vulnerability in Seo Panel, which 
can be exploited by malicious users to disclose sensitive information.

Input passed via the "file" parameter to download.php is not properly
verified before being used to read files. This can be exploited to
disclose the content of arbitrary files via directory traversal 
attacks.
