4) Description of Vulnerability

Secunia Research has discovered two vulnerabilities in Seo Panel, 
which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass security 
restrictions.

The "checkLoggedIn()" and "checkAdminLoggedIn()" functions in
includes/sp-common.php do not properly terminate execution, which can 
be exploited to perform e.g. administrative actions via direct HTTP
requests without being authenticated.
