4) Description of Vulnerability

Secunia Research has discovered a vulnerability in UUSee UUPlayer
ActiveX control, which can be exploited by malicious people to
compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused by an input validation error in the
UUPlayer ActiveX control when handling the "Play()" method. This can
be exploited to execute an arbitrary program via a UNC path passed
in the "MPlayerPath" parameter.

Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code.
