4) Description of Vulnerability
Secunia Research has discovered a weakness in Support Incident
Tracker, which can be exploited by malicious users to disclose
sensitive information.
An error in ftp_upload_file.php does not properly verify uploaded
file names and can be exploited to disclose the attachments directory
name.
