A vulnerability has been discovered in Monkey HTTP Daemon, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to a signedness error in the "mk_request_header_process()" function (src/mk_request.c) when parsing the request and can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.2.0. Prior versions may also be affected.
Solution: Update to version 1.2.1.
