Rack911 has reported two weaknesses in HostBill, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct brute force attacks and by malicious people to disclose potentially sensitive information.

1) An unspecified error when submitting trouble tickets can be exploited to disclose the name of hidden departments.

2) An unspecified error within the Estimate (Client) section can be exploited to brute force estimates of any client.

The weaknesses are reported in version 2013-12-14. Other versions may also be affected.


Solution:
Update to version 2014-01-03.
