I have been running OSI periodically for several years, and generally, it has given useful results.

My key system details are Win7 Pro SP1 (fully patched), Firefox 22.0.

Today, OSI ran for 4 minutes 49 seconds (usually, the results appear in less than two minutes), and gave no result, despite indicating the normal "detection completed successfully" and at the beginning of the run "0 errors detected, scan result should be correct". I saved the screenshot, but do not see a possibility to upload it in this forum.

Looking for some advise.

Looks like it has still not been fixed.

Thanks for your post. At least good to know that I am not alone :-)

This issue with the OSI is something we are currently working on. At the moment unfortunately I cannot say anything about when we expect it to be fixed.
